1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and rc999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of rc999, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by rc999, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, slots and any promotional offers or tournaments run by the platform. rc999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access rc999 services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rc999 support immediately at [email protected]. rc999 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of an account where the player failed to keep credentials secure.
• You must not attempt to open, operate or benefit from more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity. Multi-accounting is a serious breach that will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• You must notify rc999 promptly of any changes to the personal information held on your account, including your mobile number and email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

rc999 may perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfactorily complete a KYC request within the time specified will result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until the verification is resolved.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

rc999 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have accepted the offer at the time of deposit. Bonuses cannot be claimed retrospectively. Each bonus is available to a player once unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the promotion description. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• rc999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, abusive patterns, or in breach of these Terms. This includes the use of automated betting scripts, coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, and exploitation of errors or system bugs.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent value until wagering requirements are satisfied. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

rc999 may modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and are in the process of completing wagering requirements at the time of any such change will not be adversely affected by that specific modification.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rc999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, structuring of deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. rc999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) under the same or different identities for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other advantage.
• Using software, scripts, bots or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players. This includes but is not limited to auto-clickers, odds-scraping tools, and arbitrage bots.
• Engaging in any form of player collusion, chip dumping in poker or card games, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes in a way that unfairly advantages one or more players at the expense of the platform or other users.
• Providing false personal information during registration, identity verification, or any other compliance process. This includes using another person's identity, payment details, or documents.

rc999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies where required. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited activity will be frozen and may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rc999 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of rc999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, transmit or modify any rc999 content without prior written consent. You must not use rc999's trademarks, logos or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement or otherwise harm the rc999 brand. Unauthorised use of rc999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

rc999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at rc999.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to rc999 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rc999 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect stored data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. rc999 does not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and rc999, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting rc999 support. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, the parties may seek resolution through applicable legal channels. rc999's decision on any gaming-related dispute — including bet settlement, bonus qualification, and account status — is final where that decision is based on the platform's verified system records.
